How to use Affiliate Sledgehammer to Make More Money (Part 3)
This is part three in the series “How to make more money with Affiliate Sledgehammer”. In this section we will examine the other tabs in the product pages that can help you to build strong, traffic generating conduit, review, and catalog sites as well as how to create excellent article, discussion, forum, and social networking traffic.
The essential key to these traffic generating sites is to have a few essential ingredients:
- Good Niches that have Interest
- Relevance to your Niche and Product
- Positioning
- Excellent Written Content
- Graphical, Audio, Video Content
- Keywords
You don’t need all of these ingredients, but the more you have, the better your chances. That is what This site is dedicated to bringing you: The tools and techniques to gather these essentials so that you can make significant money!
We are going to start by focusing on the next tab in the product list, the Sales Page Text tab.
Again, if you may want to refer to the example product here.
This page is all about keywords and their relation to the sales page content.
Arrow one points to the meta keywords that the sales-page developer may have put into the page themselves. In this case there were no meta-keywords, so the list is blank.
The next arrow (arrow 2) points to the Keywords that are directly mined out of the sales page, ranked by their frequency of use. Next (arrow 3) comes the Key-Phrases ranked by both frequency and an algorithmic score that indicated the strength of the phrase within the relevant text of the sales-page.
Finally arrow 4 points to the raw text extracted from the sales-page.
So… What are the uses for these things?
Well, for SEO, you will want to use (or at least analyze) the key words and phrases for use in your own pages , articles, sites and other efforts to create traffic through your affiliate links.
Also, when writing reviews and articles, you need raw data to create your well crafted content (or if you use spinning software, you may want to use some of this data to input into those applications).
Next, we will look at the tab “Sales Page Links”. Below, is a picture of what you will see…
As you can see, it is basically a list of all the URL’s within the sales page. This allows you to see all the various places referred to by the sales-page creator, including any references to other pages, emails, etc. You can click on these links to see a pop-up of where the link leads.
The next tab is “Sales Page Media”. This tab contains galleries of all media, including images, audios, and videos that occur within the sales pages. You can scroll through these media and click on them to see larger version and to watch (or listen to) the video and audio media.
These elements can be copied and utilized in your own affiliate pages, articles, forum posts, blogs, etc. This allows you to leverage this content and add it to your own to create much more rich and inviting content to create traffic.
The final tab within the product page is the Articles Data Page. This may be one of the most powerful (and perhaps controversial) pages within the product tabs. Why? Simple. the articles that exist on this product represent your competition that already exist in the marketplace, weather they be posted by the merchant themselves, or by other affiliates, it tells you what you are up against. Here is a view…
But it gives you a unique advantage…
You know what keywords and key-phrases they are using and what articles are being read by potential customers – you have the content.
You can use that knowledge to create better, more powerfully converting content, and beat your competition!
Much like the Sales Page Text tab, you can see that there are keyword and key-phrases listings, but there is also the URLs of all of the various articles that rank the highest for this product. These articles are what is already out there attempting to promote this product and these articles no doubt already have some SEO and other techniques being used to rank them. You want to rank better – so know what they know. This page helps you do that.
Each link will pop up a window that allows to examine the content, and, of course the keywords and phrases are there for you to research and use in your own products.
Well, that is all for this rather lengthy tutorial. The last and final installment (part 4) will talk about some techniques and tools that Affiliate Sledgehammer give you to create your own content.
Until then, Keep Pounding!
